We also publish student planners, school agendas and school calendars.

    Q: Can anyone else print our cookbook cheaper?
    A: Possibly... and that is probably what you will end up with; a cheaper cookbook. We have gone to all ends to produce high quality cookbooks at the lowest price. We can make this statement because we always pass on our volume discount savings to you, our customer.

    Q: Should we give this job to our local printer?
    A: Your hometown printer is probably very experienced in his trade. However, we make cookbooks our number one priority and business. We have specially built our equipment and operation around publishing cookbooks. Our supplies are ordered in quantity so that we can pass on huge volume discounts to our customers. Many printers have referred customers to us.

    Q: How long do we have to pay for our cookbooks?
    A: We have the best finance program available*. We require that you pay only 55% of your balance 30 days after shipping date of your cookbooks. Another 40% is due 60 days after shipping date.     Q: We have a small organization. Could we handle a cookbook fundraiser project?
    A: Yes! Jumbo Jack's fundraising cookbooks program is so organized that 2 or 3 people can complete it with ease. The main concern of your group with this cookbook project is collecting the recipes. Recipes can come from members, friends, relatives, neighbors, etc. To guarantee success, gather recipes from as many people as possible.

    Q: Does publishing a cookbook take a lot of time and work?
    A: The major effort that your organization will be involved with is collecting the recipes. We will furnish you with the necessary letter for collecting these recipes. We offer up to 1,000 announcement letters FREE! Your group may feel free to use a letter other than what Jumbo Jack's offers.

    Q: Do you require all recipes to be typed when we send them in?
    A: Recipes may be typed or handwritten. All copy must be legible. Please make sure all recipes, typed or handwritten, are on one side of a sheet of paper. Please send one recipe per sheet of paper. This will help to prevent typing errors.

    Q: How long does it take before we receive our cookbooks?
    A: Please allow 2 to 3 months. (45 working days)

    Q: How do we go about placing a reorder for cookbooks?
    A: Reordering cookbooks is very easy! Simply send us an e-mail or call informing us of the reorder you wish to place. There is a discount for nearly all reprints.

    Q: We have already started with another cookbook company. Can we switch to Jumbo Jack's without having to start over?
    A: Absolutely! just call us a 1-800-798-2635 and ask for Val- ext. 5117, Mike- ext. 5103, Mitzi- ext. 5105 or Fonda- ext. 5100. We can instruct you on how to switch to Jumbo Jack's and we can use any other recipe forms.

    Q: Can we use our own artwork for our cover and dividers?
    A: Yes! We only prefer that artwork be submitted with black ink on white paper to ensure good reproduction. If you are in doubt about the quality, give us a call or try duplicating it on a copier. We can do better than a copier, but it will give you an idea of the quality.
